Chanakya – The Emotion of Courage and Valor (Veer Rasa) A moment from the sold-out Sitar for Mental Health live show in Mumbai (NCPA), performing my composition “Chanakya.” Inspired by the NavRasa, this piece expresses ‘Veer Rasa’—the essence of courage and strength. While a hero may not need weapons, for me, the sitar is my instrument of choice to inspire peace and consciousness. This song is deeply special to me because it channels the warrior spirit within, resonating with the same guidance and strength that the great kingmaker in history Chanakya bestowed upon his disciple Chandragupta Maurya and made him king of the Indian Subcontinent. True gallantry is born from within. Stay strong keep ya head up 🫶🏻 This sitar has been handcrafted by my father @sanjayrikhiram and @rikhiramofficialstore Follow @sfmhofficial and our broadcast list so you don’t miss any upcoming tour updates ✈️ #SitarForMentalHealth #VeerRasa #NavRasa #IndianClassicalMusic #LivePerformance #sitar #HealingThroughMusic #Chanakya #meditation #mindfulness

Honouring Rabindranath Tagore on his birth anniversary with a song that continues to guide generations. 🌸🎶 This song Ekla Chalo Re, is more than a song. It is a reminder of courage, conviction, and inner strength. It tells us that even when the world does not walk with you, you must keep moving forward if your path is true. Rabindranath Tagore, born on May 9th 1861 was a poet, philosopher, composer, artist, and India’s first Nobel Laureate in Literature. His words shaped culture, inspired freedom, and continue to speak to the human spirit even today. This rendition of Ekla Chalo Re was recorded during Sitar for Mental Health India Tour, Kolkata 2026, in the very city that carries so much of Tagore’s legacy. A tribute to the man, the music, and the timeless message: walk with courage, even if you have to walk alone. ✨ Shat Shat Naman 🙏🏼

I N D R A P R A S H T A 🔱 • Grand Finale in Delhi Sitar for Mental Health 2026 Asia Tour — and my heart is so full as it comes to an end. Delhi, I don’t even have the words. Coming back home, to the city that raised me, and feeling that kind of love, that kind of energy, it was overwhelming in the most beautiful way. Last night wasn’t just a performance, it felt like a homecoming, like a piece of my soul coming full circle. 20,000 in sync. This look that I call - Warrior of Peace is more than just an outfit to me. It’s a feeling I’ve carried within, a quiet strength I lean on when the world feels heavy. Inspired by Lord Shiva, it represents the armor I wear, not to fight the world, but to stay grounded within it. Through all the chaos, stress, and noise, I hold on to faith, to stillness, to something greater than myself. His protection makes me feel held, guided, and somehow unbreakable. In a world full of conflicts and war, art becomes our prayer. As artists, we may not have all the answers, but we create, we feel, and we hope for peace, for healing, for a softer world to live in. Thank you, Delhi, for reminding me why I do what I do. This will stay with me forever. ❤️ Warrior for Peace (Chanakya) Outfit, Rings and Gold Cuffs made by: @misho_designs Engraving design: @vishalibawa.art Earrings and Neck piece: @tamannaahfinejewellery Shoes: @shutiqofficial Styled by: @simran.nakra Mehndi design: @santanu_hazarika_art Applied by: @sonamistry_mehandi Sitars: @sanjayrikhiram @rikhiramofficialstore Forever grateful. Dhan Gurunanak 🙏🏼✨ Last night, while singing this shabad, I found myself tearing up. It’s been such a deep part of my healing journey, and its meaning continues to guide me every day. “Kit bidh milay Mera Satgur Pyara; hao khin khin kari namaskaar mera Gur Pura kyo milay.” (rahao) After hearing of the Satguru’s glory, the soul asks—how can I unite with my Beloved True Guru? In every moment, I bow in reverence, longing to meet the Perfect Guru through the Shabad. Gurbani refers to the hymns and compositions written by the Sikh Gurus and other saints, primarily found in the Sri Guru Granth Sahib, representing the "Guru's Word". Shabad, meaning "word," is a specific hymn or stanza from Gurbani that is sung (kirtan) or recited, serving as the musical, spiritual essence of the Guru's message. If this resonates with you, I’d love to share a longer version of this performance on YouTube 🙏🏼 bhool chuk maaf Waheguru (Sitar for mental health, Shabad, Kirtan, Chandigarh, Punjab)
