I’m sure you’ve already heard but the flaps will not be opening again this year…. We want to truly thank everyone who has ever stepped foot up to this tiny little bar and made such incredible memories over the last 40+ years. We also want to thank every band that has played here and made weekends in the summer so much more fun on 26th street. This bar was more than just a bar at the end of the boardwalk, it was a place you knew you could come alone and there would always be someone to talk too. It was a place that you could come and just enjoy the view and relax for a few minutes or a few hours. It was a place where one beer turned into multiple and the bike ride home was way harder than anticipated. In our eyes there truly is not another bar like it in town and it will be greatly missed, especially the shots out of condiment cups, the coldest poppers in town, and the frozen drinks!
