A museum where there are FREE lockers when you walk in, tickets are good for TWO days, and the security guards get to wear cool clothes, not fake cop uniforms!!!
I was soooooo ready to goof on this museum but instead I HAD A BLAST, didn’t want to leave and got a little high from going cross eyed looking at some of the art for too long! Alexander Calder is sooooooo underrated and we are lucky enough o live in the same city as this museum!!!!!!!!

“America250PA accepted design submissions from Pennsylvania artists for the ‘Bells Across PA’ art series to commemorate the 250th Anniversary of the United States in 2026.
These fiberglass bells were adorned and magically transformed by local artists and sponsored by businesses or individuals. There is at least one in every Pennsylvania County!”
Hillside’s very own @ripmeghan , parent of beloved Billie in our ASP, designed one of these special bells for Philadelphia County!
The bell “19128: A Place With Roots” is officially displayed in Pocket Park (6170 Ridge Ave). Look for Hillside and other local hot spots on this wonderful tribute to Roxborough, Manayunk, and Philadelphia!
