Places that hold a piece of me āļø
Another set of postcards from my favorite places around the world that I have come to appreciate more later on.
Turkey š¹š·: Spent 4 days in Istanbul and 4 days in Cappadocia.
The light, hot air balloons, and rock formations were surely iconic, but deciding to rent mopeds and cruise around from morning to night in Cappadocia was surely the most iconic.
Seeing the balloons go up in the sky at dawn and visiting all the neighboring small towns to get a taste of local life is something that will stick with me.
Porto šµš¹: The city that exceeded all my expectations.
A golden rule for me is that you can never go wrong with a city that has hills and rivers; Porto is perfectly that.
The city naturally creates so many layers and angles to play with, but somehow the atmosphere is so slow and peaceful.
Mongolia š²š³: The most iconic trip for me in 2025.
Was never too big of a fan of tours (because I want to go around and experience things myself) but realized that you can appreciate a country way more when there are people that tell you everything about the country and let you experience the lifestyle first hand.
Stayed in a yurt for a week and rode bikes through endless grass plains, but getting to become friends with a local nomadic boy and his family was perhaps the most memorable part of the trip.

Places that hold pieces of me āļø
A mini series documenting the places that I found beautiful and have stuck with me since.
Ever since I picked up a camera, Iāve had the fortune to see so much of the world.
but sometimes I wonder, does seeing so many incredible places make you less sensitive to awe?
While I feel Iāve adapted and donāt always feel the same initial wonder, Iāve grown to realize that what makes a place stay with you isnāt just how beautiful it is, but itās the meaning you attach to it.
Those things slowly shape your own version of that place in your mind and is what stays with you long after you leave.

Moments of peace āļø
Although I hate the cold very very much, I do like how winter just seems to slow everything down and cut down the noise.
The world feels more quiet and calmer, and this road trip was exactly the peace of mind I needed.

What I saw in Nagano this winter šāāļø
Sharing some frames from a road trip I took in January with @mayukatelier , @daiki.shino , and @kelvin_t413 .
Nagano was the first place I traveled to on a road trip after I started photography three years ago.
Since then, Iāve returned countless times with different people, yet it still feels like home; each visit reminds me of where this all began.

Snow in Shinjuku šāļø
Sharing a memorable set of photos from when it snowed in Tokyo during March (!!) last year.
Photos were shot along with @will._photos and @kelvin_t413 .
Was so funny to encounter many different photographer friends, who had the same idea to come out and shoot in the cold.
Scrambling around to get all the shots despite my freezing fingers and drenched body made me re-realize the joy I had when I first picked up this camera 4 years ago š

Snow in Tokyo āļø
A reel from last year, when it snowed in March.
Had to post this again haha
Always special when it snows around Tokyo as its not a common sight, and having snowfall at the start of the year makes it even better š«

Lessons from 2025 āļø
This year was full of learning, unlearning, and relearning.
What was going well in the past year slowed down, and things I didnāt expect for myself sped up fast.
While I do acknowledge areas I could have definitely worked better on, through it all, I came out with massive lessons learnt and a version of myself I can be confident with, heading into the new year.
One of the biggest changes that happened personally was opening myself up more, both mentally and emotionally.
With a massive thanks to my creative community and an unforgettable summer, developing the strength to be more vulnerable and taking down my own walls helped me become more accepting of myself, and also for others.
It also made me rethink over my relationshipsāboth with others and myselfāto create space for people to be in their own element and receive the love they deserve, with a growing desire to pass on what I was blessed to be able to realize.
To all of you that crossed paths with me this year, in any sort of way.
My life is a collection of pieces from everyone Iāve met and interacted with, so I wouldnāt be the person I am now without you; in turn, I hope Iāve left something meaningful to you as well.
Thanks for sticking with my journey.
Enjoy these postcards that Iāve been gatekeeping (slacking on editing for a good half year or more lol)
Horizontal Frames from Fuji š»
Sharing some of the horizontal photos from this trip, where I aimed to highlight more so of the raw grandeur of the hike.
Minimal and artistic vertical photos are good, but I like these equally as well.
Views from our Mt. Fuji summit š»
When the big iconic mountain that you usually shoot as the subject is below your feet, you end up taking a bunch of portraits.
Or, at least thatās what I realized after deciding to edit the photos from the trip 4 months later lol
Lighting and clouds really popped off š«

Views from the highest point in Japan š»
Our trip was so unorganized and planned at the very last minute that being able to capture these surreal conditions felt almost illegal lol
Sunrise photos taken from the Upper 8th base camp on the Subashiri route, where we stayed for the night.
