2026 Memphis Pro Recap 🏁
6th place out of 32 incredible IFBB Pros this weekend ⚡️🙏🏾
Started the show sitting in 9th during the initial comparisons and fought my way up battling with @most_shredded for that 5th/6th place spot.
The head judge said one of the best things they could’ve done all show was bring me back out and rejudge the lineup because during the first callout I got overlooked in a lineup full of multiple-time Olympians. But that’s part of the game! Just grateful for the great judging and execution from the panel for taking the time to really look at my package and seeing it was worthy of a first callout/top 6 finish.
Aye bro 😂 wasn’t Top 5 @mensphysiqueradio@alextoplyn_ifbbpro but it was one hell of a jump and we gave it everything we had! Appreciate the shoutout from the MPR guys for real 🙏🏾
Feedback was simple:
Back was great and right where it needed to be. Overall package looked amazing. Just need to come in tighter through the midsection and bring a fuller chest next time.
No excuses. Back to work. Back to the creating board.

First show of the season in the books. Memphis was a last minute call just 3 weeks out, and stepping into a lineup loaded with 32 talented athletes and multiple Olympians was a challenge I was ready for.
Was Top 5 the goal after seeing the lineup? Absolutely. Did we hit it? No. But this sport is about constantly evolving, refining the package, and finding ways to improve every single time you step on stage.
Can’t be too hard on myself, I worked myself up from 12th place all the way up to 6th. (Judges said)
Still a few kinks to iron out with the peak and some more digging to do to bring a sharper final package. Spoke with two judges after the show and now we know exactly what needs to improve moving forward.
Am I satisfied with 6th? Short answer… no. But that’s what keeps the fire lit. No excuses, no sulking, just back to work.
3 weeks to adjust, improve, and come back better. The next package will be stronger. 📈🏁
