Aligning the front end and nacelle on this 1955 T110. The nacelle was rubbing on the seal holders so I made a tool to straighten the lower tubes and checked it on a taper to be sure they are central

1959 Triumph TR6B TrophyBird I acquired recently and currently in the process of restoring. This bike was built 26/2/1959 and dispatched to Tricor in the US on the 3/3/1959. Matching numbers frame and engine with the original wide ratio gearbox. This is a pretty rare Lucas headlight so worth the time to repair and needs to be perfect since being chrome plated. Both side mounts had pulled through which required patching before the new threaded mounts could be welded in place. The quick detach wiring socket hole also needed straightening so I machined up those dies to press it back into shape #lucas #lucaslight #triumphtrophy #triumphtr6 #triumphrestoration #restoration
This oil tank had a blocked return pipe that I could not seem to get cleared so I took the opportunity to cut it open, replace the return pipe and remove the pinch weld at the same time. That allowed me to move the mounting brackets and sit the oil tank further into the frame to give a narrower look without losing any oil capacity. Also had to replace the breather pipe in the top

This old tank took a bit of work. Tunnel cut out, dents removed, front plated up to raise the tank, 3 underside fittings cut out/plated up and a new tunnel welded in. Threaded bungs welded into the frame and custom mounting tabs made and blended into the tank. Have new petcock bungs machined up ready to weld in but will wait till I decide on carburetor arrangement to make sure they are in the ideal position

Is there anything better than finding Genuine new old stock parts in the original packaging for a restoration.
This exhaust, Speedo, battery carrier, front plate and fuel lines are all genuine Triumph in the original protective coating, wrapping and boxes. They will be fitted to the 1957 TRW I currently have in the process of restoration when ready
