It's been almost four years, but today they knocked again: at 6.00 in the morning we woke up to loud voices, chainsaws, ankle Grinders and Hammers on the doors. Out of 200 cops which were in the Street, around 100 entered the house. Supposedly there were in total 700 cops related to the raid deployed in the City.
As usual the cops used the opportunity to cause as much chaos and destruction as possible: Multiple doors were destroyed completely or deconstructed, furniture, handrails and Windows were demolished, parts oft the fence to our neighbors yard were ripped of, cops peed on toilet seats and so on. Even though they did not have a warrant for it, they, among other things, stole documents and technical devices.
To enter the flats, they broke open door locks. In a few flats in back house, where no one has been at the time of the raid, the cops changed the door lock and closed them. A simple door lock of course is not a barrier, therefore the flats are already back in our possession.
Base for todays raid was, as almost four years ago, a search warrant of Amtsgericht Tiergarten to identify every individual who was in the house at that point. In detail, they brought a list of people who have ongoing eviction lawsuits, which were supposed to be held in September. They seem to want to update this list, as the chamber of Landgericht for now did not just let the lawsuits pass.
The search warrant happened after the request of the alleged "owner" Leonid Medved and his letterbox company Lafone Invesgments Limited - meaning the whole operation happened, because the Amtsgericht and the cops do everything to enforce the interests of real estate owners and yuppies.
Their repression once again targets there, where our ideas and projects are a thorn in the flash of the ruling power.
So far we are well, we are already starting to repair our house again.

🎬 Film Screening "The Many Pink Triangles" + Photo Exhibition + Food 🌸
On Thursday the 21.05. at 19:30 (Film at 20:30, Food at 20:00) in Rigaer94,
we want to come
together to watch and discuss about the documentary "The Many Pink Triangles".
The documentary tells the story of queer* communities who have suffered persecution, prison
and torture for their indentities under the military dictatorships in Spain, Chile, Argentina and
Uruguay in recent decades. Additionally to the screening there will be a photo exhibition, from
which the idea for the documentary originated and a discussion with the editor.
All the money made in this evening will go to a friend, who is fighting for their right to stay!

Invitation for 1st construction Weekend in 2026 of Rigaer94 from 23.5 to 25.5
As its getting warm and nice outside again we want to come together for our 1st construction
weekend in 2026 from Friday the 23rd to Monday 25th of May. We want to start from 11:00 on each day.
We want to work on different
construction sites together, share skills, give the possibility to get to know the house better,
building connection, sharing nice moments and food and way more :)
This construction weekend is a part of our defense strategy against possible attacks we might
face this summer. As there are 8 eviction titles for flats in the house and also for other reasons
we see a high risk for state attacks which might turn out as eviction attempts this summer (you
can find more information in this text on our blog : /2026/05/10/all-out-for-the-defense-of-rigaer94/ ). Also as our house is way over 100 years old, maintaining
it requires constant work and effort. As we really liked the moments of the last construction
weekends in august of last year, we want to continue what we have already started there and
come together again.
We see the construction weekend also as a step of opening the house right now, being an easy
way for participating and getting to know each other and showing further ways how people
can involve themselves or get connected. Exchanging skills and knowledge is a very important part in this
and therefore also a goal for this weekend besides the construction sites.
There will be various different construction sites in different areas and with different skilllevels required. You
dont need any skills or technical knowledge to participate, but of course we appreciate people
with knowledge especially in fields of metal works /welding etc. Because this will also be the
main focus of the weekend.
We are looking forward to everyone who wants to join.

A series of four different Workshops this May for sharing knowledge and praxis for taking action.
The first one is on the 6th of May, focusing on Grafitti ( you can bring cans and caps if you want),
The second one will be on the 13th of may and will be about fire extinguisher and the safe use of them (:
The topic of the third workshop will be about traces you leave (maybe even unknowingly) around.
The last one will take place on the 27th of may and puts the focus on knowledge about Repression.
They start every Wednesdays at 20:00.
Come by to connect and learn together with others.
There will be cold drinks and warm food for donation, at all workshops.
You don't need any skills or stuff to take part in the workshops.
