With an immense sense of gratitude to all who have ever come through those doors, we share that after 18 incredible years Riddims will be closing our doors. We could talk about the never-ending challenges of being a locally owned business in the VI, but those who know know. Rather than focus on the difficulties we would like to celebrate what the store has given to us.
To everyone who ever walked through our doors — to support, to laugh, to hail us up, to spend your hard-earned money — thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We have been able to raise our children here, build a life, and we have felt true and deep love from our amazing customers and we are filled with gratitude.
Please keep showing up for other locally owned small businesses in Christiansted, across St. Croix, and throughout the VI.
Whether you passed through on an ordinary day, a lively Jump Up night, or one of our epic block parties — every single moment with you has meant the world to us. Words can’t fully express the depth of our gratitude.
