Silence isn't golden! Sometimes when you ask a prospect to explain their pain or issues to you, you get "deafening silence". However, there are "situational" questions you can use, like those a doctor asks when you go in hurting, but don't know why. Doctors are trained to ask situational questions to help them help you. Same can happen in sales, like asking questions like, "If you had lots of money to solve the problem, what would you do?" https://zurl.co/qnSa
