I wanted to build a moc to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Legend of Zelda Videogame series, and I had some inspiration to re-recreate it's most iconic villian: The King of Evil, Ganondorf!
I've spent quite a long time with this one in the works, as I kept finding things I wanted to change or improve. I am pleased with this final result though, especially considering how building characters/creatures/more organic subject matter is not my forte, lol.

UT-60D U-wing starfighter
My U-wing V2.0 is officially complete! This ship is one of the best things to come out of the Disney Era of Star Wars and I wanted to do this amazing design justice. I originally created a U-wing Moc ~7 years ago and while it was fine for the time, looking back it has some major issues. New part releases and some greater experience helped me craft my version 2.0.

I've been getting more into lighting, and ways of incorporating them into my builds. This one seemed like a fun one to to try. I'm not sure that I'm perfectly happy with it still, but it does add a certain presence to the moc, especially when in a dim/dark room.

The brand new U-Wing Starfighter by designer @ricksbricks.lego is here!
This model is an update to the original with over 4500 parts and the smoothest techniques you can imagine! The S-foils articulate open and closed, 2 pilots fit into the cockpit, Landing gear can be folded out, doors can be opened and hull can comfortably hold at least 6 minifigures.
This might be among our favorite models to date and an incredible update!

Here is a Mech
I had such a fun time building the mech from 71846 that it inspired me to branch out from my usual spaceships and design a mech build. Definitely some unique challenges with this type of build and I learned a lot. Maybe some more similar MOCS in the future?
Anyways, hopefully my attempt at something new can inspire some others too!
