The first few waves on my 1964 @hobiesurfboards 10’ went great; until it didn’t. One of the previous owners hot glued the fin on before glassing over it, they also used car body filler to fix a giant hole in the nose, but that’s been fixed… now on to the fin… @thejettylife #drawyourownline #vintagesurfboard thanks @egyptianmusk for the moral support out there and @richnapp for the footage
2024 was many things. What a trip. I won’t opine how I couldn’t wait for this year to be over, because I didn’t feel that way, and why speed up our finite time here. Yes I got served a shit sandwich or two, but without them I wouldn’t have met so many spectacular people, travelled far and wide or grew so much as a person. Thank you to my amazing family and friends-old and new, pictured and not (far too many to tag) for making it positively memorable! Cheers to seeing more of you all, here or there, new travels, new friends and new memories!
I’ve been a creative person my whole life and last night was my first opportunity to show off my work that usually only resides in my home, a shoebox or a hard drive. It was an incredible experience to feel the love from so many friends old and new.
