As much as we think the reward is in the harvest, I’ve learned over the years that the pursuit, the relationships, and the brotherhood are every bit as meaningful.
Last year @mtnops invited me to hunt free-range Axis in Texas, and I had a blast with @helm.yeah and Perennial Outfitters. This year didn’t disappoint.
We couldn’t wait until September… so @richfroning and the boys sent it all the way down to Central Texas, where we met up with the @mtnops crew and chased axis deer all week.
