Most people rate their food by calories. I rate mine by: – will it keep me full – will it stabilise my energy – will I actually enjoy it – will it support how I train + live Because if your food only makes you smaller, but also more tired, more obsessed, more restricted… is it really working? Ahhh? Somewhere along the way, this stopped being a grocery shop and became a form of care. I LOVE IT.

Unpopular opinion: most women don’t need another diet. They need structure. If your meals don’t support: • Muscle • Hormones • Recovery • Metabolic health …it’s not performance nutrition. It’s guesswork. This is how I eat when I want results: 1. 140–170g protein daily 2. Anti-inflammatory focus 3. Daily gut support 4. Micronutrient density But let’s be clear. This does NOT mean I eat “clean” 100% of the time. I follow an 80/20 approach. 80% intentional. 20% flexible. Because sustainability > obsession. Balance is not random. Balance is structured flexibility. You can’t build glutes on iced coffee and vibes. But you also don’t need to fear pancakes.

This is absolutely my go to, every week. It doesn’t miss. Packed with protein, each burrito is roughly 35/40 gr of protein. I make tons and then freeze it. Wholemeal burrito with: turkey mince, black beans, four cheeses, tomato, spring onion, eggs, red onion, peppers, el paso spices.
