Peptides zijn overal. Op Silicon Valley tafels, in wellness clinics, op anti-aging festivals, en steeds vaker in de dm's die ik krijg van vrouwen die zich afvragen of dit iets voor hen is.
Maar niemand praat over wat je lichaam werkelijk nodig heeft voordat je ze inneemt.
Daarom start ik een serie. Stap voor stap neem ik je mee door de peptides die op dit moment het meest besproken worden. Wat ze zijn, wat ze doen, en voor wie ze interessant kunnen zijn.
