Look, the reality is this: choosing to eat healthy helps your body function at its best and keeps your mood and energy steady. That should all be the bare minimum. Prioritizing your health should be the bare minimum.
With that being said, eating processed or less healthy foods should be done in moderationāand only when youāve truly earned it.
