The journey to this film has been nearly two years. At one point, I put it down because I didn’t have the strength to keep going. After taking a break, we came back and decided to move forward as if we were fully funded, even though we had nothing. No cast, no crew, no locations, no money.
Creating this film has been one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done. The amount of no’s, the disappointments, the hardships felt overwhelming at times, but there were also moments that kept us going. I’m so grateful to the cast and crew. Working with you all and witnessing your talent was the highlight of this journey. Watching everyone show up the way you did made me realize this film is bigger than me. People traveled from Houston and Austin and showed up with so much love in their hearts. I truly love y’all and I’m so grateful you chose to give your time and talent to Clear the Air.
