Today, we pause to remember. On ANZAC Day, we honour the courage, sacrifice, and spirit of all those who have served and continue to serve our country. From the shores of Gallipoli to peacekeeping missions around the world, their legacy lives on in the freedoms we enjoy today. At Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club, we reflect with gratitude and respect, and we stand together in remembrance of the ANZACs and all who have given so much. Lest we forget. 🌺 #ANZACDAY

This week, RFBYC proudly hosted a 3-day Australian Sailing Para Wing Foiling camp! 🌟 Our current Para sailors and coaches came together to explore the theory of ‘winging’, practice skills ashore, and take to the water to build confidence and technique. The program included tow foiling, flying the wing, and even mastering the art of seated Para Wing Foiling, an exciting step forward for inclusivity in our sport. A big thank you to Grant Alderson (supported by Australian Sailing) for leading this fantastic initiative, alongside coaches Oli Pabbruwe and Lachy Putt, whose knowledge and input were invaluable throughout the camp. As Coach Grant highlighted, this is definitely a new and exciting discipline in sailing, and we’re thrilled to be part of its growth! #AustralianSailing #royalfreshwaterbayyachtclub #worldsailing #parasailing #inclusive
