This week at Orbitkey, we recognised Neurodiversity Celebration Week with a team conversation about understanding, empathy, and different ways of thinking.
We spoke about the idea of spiky profiles, and how people can have strong abilities in some areas while finding other areas more challenging. It was a good reminder that when we better understand each other, we create more supportive teams and better workplaces.
This is something I care about deeply, both personally and professionally. I believe neurodiversity is a strength, and that different ways of thinking help make organisations better.
