we are offering “the starter kit,” a semi-mobile workspace designed for off-grid, community-driven, small-scale regenerative agriculture; to enable access to gardening, farming, and ecosystem restoration—because we believe it’s through many hands, in diverse places, with different actions, that we begin to rewild the agricultural sector and make space for more-than-human* connection. in repurposed shipping containers, the starter kit offers modular elements including: workbenches, shelving and storage, tool walls, a kitchen unit, an electricity system, lighting, and an expandable scaffolding system. designed for projects of up to 10 hectares, the space is adaptable to the needs of local communities and other stakeholders. since part of this project was graduating from @designacademyeindhoven you will find the project at the graduation show ‘25. furthermore are we excited to announce our participation with the pilot project at spoor k – we’re looking forward to welcoming you properly during @dutchdesignweek ___________________ *more-than-human refers to a perspective that recognizes humans as only a part of a broader web of life, emphasizing the agency, value, and interdependence of all living and non-living beings in shaping the world. photo credits (2-8) to @anwyn.howarth

we are a collective creating possibilities for community-driven ecosystem regeneration.. .who are we? ..bram and onno began this journey in september 2024, planting the first seeds through the development of rewild farming and its starter kit. our aim is simple, rooted, and bold: to empower people to get their hands dirty and begin to rewild their own food systems. since shaped the blueprint for our first season—centering on connection, co-creation, and building a foundation from which we can grow outward. with the deep belief that collaboration and networks are vital to the resilience of naturecultures*, we are weaving relationships—local and global—that nourish this work. it’s already growing; with each conversation, each partnership.. with every next hand in the soil. in just a few months, a growing group of practitioners has joined us. we share moments in the garden, stories by the fire, food under softening skies. we’ve begun a shared garden at sectie-c, welcomed @stadsmakersehv to the land, and are cultivating upcoming collaborations with @tueindhoven and @fablabbcn come join us any time! _________________ “natureculture” (a term by donna haraway) refuses the division between nature and culture—emphasizing their deep entanglement and co-creation in all forms of life. photo credits (2): @anwyn.howarth

as one door closes, another opens — in february we’ve begun with a pilot project beside our studio at spoor k. here, along the bones of an old railway line, we’re exploring the possibilities our starter kit offers—testing, planting, and quietly beginning the regeneration of an industrial area through soil, garden, and community.
come see how we have begun... and you’re always welcome to drop by; to garden, share a drink, or simply pause and soak in the sun. from a residency at sectie-c to this living pilot at fuutlaan, spoor k, rewild farming is beginning to grow across eindhoven—threading new roots between places and people. we’re always open to new collaborations and shared imaginings. if you’re full of ideas and enthusiasm to meet the climate urgencies with your hands in the earth — get in touch. _______________ the starter kit is a converted shipping container equipped with essential tools and infrastructure for starting small-scale regenerative farming projects.

_ Nature restoration made easy How do you enable people to grow their own food – locally, sustainably, and at unexpected places? The Starter Kit by @rewild.farming makes small-scale food initiatives possible, anywhere. Built from discarded shipping containers, the kit contains everything needed to start straight away: water, energy, storage, workspace, a kitchen and tools. The first Starter Kit is located on a squatted industrial site on the Fuutlaan in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Here, a local community is breathing new life into a piece of wasteland, as a place for nature restoration and sustainable food growing. Through a digital platform, several local initiatives collaborate and share knowledge and experience. Benjamin Onno Dikmans is a social and spatial designer working on practical solutions for a nature-inclusive society. He doesn’t believe in awareness alone, so he designs sustainable steps that people can take themselves. His aim is to create a world in which humans no longer dominate nature, but form part of a larger whole. Rewild Farming is a collaboration with designer Bram Vos and will be developed over the coming years into a growing international community. In collaboration with Bram de Vos Studio 📸 @anwyn.howarth Get your tickets and support the KDA 2026 via the link in bio!

join us at @yaam_berlin for a gathering in support of the cultural center in kasungu, malawi 🇲🇼 a moment where music, food, and community come together to raise funds for rewild farmings ongoing collaboration with @shorten_the_distance_ . our journey continues this september, as we return to kasungu for a shared exchange of knowledge and hands-on work in the garden. to make this possible, we’re raising support for what is needed on the ground: water systems that collect and sustain, spaces that teach and tell stories, and structures that invite to play 🗓 09.05.2026 🕒 15:00 – 22:00 (+ after) 📍 @yaam_berlin 🎟 give what you can @rewild.farming is a swarming collective based in the netherlands that prototypes and experiments methods for relating anew with the production of food and regenerative spaces / meaningful places. @shorten_the_distance_ is an initiative based in berlin and malawi bridging the gap between the founders birthplace and his transnational realities. Their activities deal with accessibility of life sustaining practices like drinking, eating, learning, and playing. be part of a growing connection—across places, across practices. let’s grow this together. 🌱 we crowdfund the construction of a rainwater sanitary system, the inaugurational pieces for the library and a swing-construction. donate whatever your lifestyle allows you to (link in bio) and join us at @yaam_berlin on may 9th!! #crowdfund #malawi #regeneration #fundraiser #berlin

Ikebana workshop (Equinox edition 2026) 🌷✨ 21 March 1530 & 1600 @defuuttuin @rewild.farming Together we will work with what is already around us — flowers, branches, materials from the garden. Nothing forced. Just observed, chosen, arranged. Crys @casa_oranda (Koryu-Toyokai school, Tokyo, Japan 古流東洋会 水墨花点前) will guide the session. Koryu-Toyokai teaches that flowers found in a field, or in the corner of a garden, are already complete. We simply reveal their beauty — and their fleeting life. To arrange flowers is to slow down. To see. To respect the cycle of things. A mind that honors flowers learns to honor what surrounds us.

become part of our first transcontinental collaboration with shorten the distance in kasungu, malawi by crowdfunding our next season and the development of rewild farming and their starter kit in apadtaion to a new context and location. going back to where it all started, we aim to help realize the permaculture design by co-creating an agricultural workspace in the culture community center in kasungu bringing the concept of the starter kit into the collaboration. merging the experiences from the pilot project in eindhoven with the insights we will gain from the EYISA-team, will help us further develop and strengthen rewild farmings approach to facilitating easy access to regenerative farming practices. go fund us with the link bio and we promise to share the seedlings' growth! thank you very much for the trust and support @permaculture_paradise_institut @shorten_the_distance_
