The difference: The Rev Pro 🔴 vs The Rev Shorty 🔵. We invented the Rev Throw: arm-path trainer because we needed a tool to train ourselves when learning to throw healthy with velo in professional baseball. It worked so well we wanted to bring it to you. We hope you enjoy the benefits as much as we did! ~ Virgil and Alex #inside90 #baseball #softball @revolutionthrowing @revolutionthrowingsoftball

A great day supporting @monicaabbott and the MA14 Foundation They’re doing incredible work empowering female student-athletes who show dedication, strong work ethic, and leadership—both in the classroom and on the field. Grateful to share the course with @ftr.fit and @finnco_kc —two great Kansas City companies making an impact locally. #MA14Foundation #KansasCity #SupportFemaleAthletes #Leadership #Community SoftballLife

Arm-Path Training: Simple Repeatable Reps ⚾️ Watch Coop, 11-year-old pitcher, put in the work with the Rev Throw. He trains his throwing pattern, then uses his throwing pattern. The Rev Throw is built to train the arm path and body sequencing through a rhythmic, repeatable, circular motion — giving instant feedback so athletes can make seamless adjustments and develop a throw they can repeat. The arm path needs time to move through its full pattern before the ball is ready to be powered forward. Once you FEEL it — that’s the REV — and that feeling becomes the cue for the body to unleash. Learning through feelings, not positions. Positions are just a reference. The feelings a thrower moves through have real power. That’s why the drill IS the instruction. REVVIN wires in the pattern, and the throw just follows. Simple. Effective. Repeatable. 🔄 Let’s us know how we can help: # text: 321.234.4717 🔗 Rev Throw in bio 📍 @revolutionthrowing #inside90 #RevolutionThrowing #ArmPath #baseball baseballtraining

How do you train your throw? We didn’t have a tool either, so we created one: The Rev Throw: arm-path trainer. It worked so well we wanted to share it with you. The Rev Throw trains through a rhythmic, repeatable motion, where the drill is the instruction. No coach needed. Text us if you or your team has any questions. 321.234.4717 #inside90 @revolutionthrowingsoftball @revolutionthrowing

Notice the Arm-Path 💪➰🥎 Before: As she begins to rotate, the ball works up and back. There’s a bounce out of layback instead of a smooth arc that whips forward. She does a lot right. She has power. The adjustment? Get the ball in a pattern that lets her body use the power she has developed. After: Now the ball is above the shoulder, inside 90, working IN toward the back of her head as the torso prepares to rotate. This creates a whip. The torso is the engine → the arm fires. Free. Powerful. From every arm angle & position. The arm path should feel loose and whippy — not sticky or tense. For that to happen: ✔ Ball works toward the ear ✔ Hand/ball inside 90 ✔ Above the shoulder ✔ Ready to go when the torso turns The torso is the engine. The arm is the whip. Biggest opportunity we see in most throwers? Having the ball ready to go forward when the body is ready to rotate. This was the first throwing lesson with @kinleigh._.howren . A great athlete, with high movement awareness. She made key adjustments giving great feedback. Watch for her in the college scene soon! Let us know if we can help your throw or team with throwing. Pushy Throw…Tips on how to fix a pushy throw using the Rev Throw 💪➰🥎 • Power is in pulling — always look for pulling in the body and when releasing the ball • Learn why — where — and when to accelerate the ball through simple patterning drills • Always accelerate through the finish • Create true backspin • Move through a pattern, not into a position The Rev Throw gives the athlete a simple guide for the correct acceleration and movement pattern. First feel the acceleration arc. Then add intent. Pushy throws aren’t a strength problem. They’re a pattern problem. Clean the pattern. The velocity follows. 💥 #inside90 #softball #pushy @revolutionthrowingsoftball @revolutionthrowing
