Building a complex custom home requires continuous detailed review and smart problem-solving. At Revive, we’re proud to provide the structural expertise for the Allan Project, made possible by the outstanding partnership with Platt Fine Homes and @willmottstrickland ! 🤝 A Look at Our Structural Involvement: Initial Phase: We began with a thorough review of the shoring and excavation conditions. Core Structure: Conducted the whole-house structural framing review and ensured the precise rebar placement for the garage's suspended slab. (The framing was 90% completed at this phase!) Adaptability: Successfully modified joist designs on both the main floor (to integrate architectural elements like a linear diffuser) and the second floor (to accommodate necessary plumbing runs). Quality Assurance: Assessed a compromised structural truss on-site and confirmed its acceptability for required loading, keeping the project safe and on track. Current Focus: Reviewing the final outside footings for the new pool equipment room and backyard area.
