As communicated on December 31, during the Réveillon Punta event we were faced with extremely adverse weather conditions, including intense winds in the beach area that were atypical for the date and completely beyond weather forecasts, directly impacting the organization of the event.
Although these conditions were exceptional, and all operational adjustments were made with a primary focus on ensuring the safety of the event and its participants — which is always our main priority — the event organization has decided, in a transparent manner, to proceed with a full REFUND of ALL TICKETS/invitations purchased for the DECEMBER 31 event for all attendees.
Refunds will be initiated and processed by the organization within up to fifteen (15) business days, in accordance with the payment method used at the time of purchase. Additional time for the funds to be credited may apply depending on the policies of credit card operators and financial institutions.
We reaffirm our commitment to transparency, safety, and care for the guest experience — values that have always guided Réveillon Punta throughout its history.
