When we were making our Phantom Paper packs we were looking for a way to communicate that the archival paper textures were seamless.
One of the initial directions that didn't make it to the digital shelf was this incredible piece from @ramenbanks . We loved the Hanna-Barbera aesthetic. The idea of endless scarves being produced from the sleeve of the phantom was brilliant.
In the end, we didn't end up using the concept because we worried that it was too associated with animation and would confuse customers about this being a collection of endless paper textures.
Honestly, I think we were overthinking it, because how cool would a looping video of this guy producing scarves be for an ad?!
