On April 29, 2026, we celebrated a huge milestone in the construction of Casa Yucatán, which now stands tall and structurally complete at 1609 W. 21st Place! Alongside our partners, Crane Construction Company LLC and Blackwood Group LLC, we ventured to the rooftop of the building, shared a meal, and signed a slab that will forever be part of Casa Yucatán—literally putting our mark on this community we love.
