Ruby Soho presenteert met trots After Forever. Een solotentoonstelling van Rutger Paulusse en een eerbetoon aan zijn werk en leven. Kunstenaar en ontwerper Paulusse overleed in november 2025 op 42 jarige leeftijd aan kanker.
Na een succesvolle carrière als grafisch en 3D ontwerper, waarin hij in binnen- en buitenland werkte voor merken als Adobe, BMW, Google en Oppo gooide hij het roer rigoureus om. De laatste jaren lag zijn focus op autonoom werk in de vorm van geairbrushte en gezeefdrukte acrylaat panelen. Ze zijn het
eindresultaat van het perfect uitkristaliseren van ambacht, kennis en esthetiek.
After Forever presenteert naast het werk van Paulusse werk van kunstenaars die bevriend waren met Rutger, die hem kenden, met hem optrokken en het belangrijkste: door Rutger werden geinspireerd.

With graffiti pieces picking colours was and is never my thing, a never ending struggle, silver and black works best, same goes with my illustrations. So here I am using a recently declined illustration to play with colours.
