END OF 25/26 SEASON⚽️🏉
- This season I started working alongside YTFC⚽️
The U19 boys have been amazing to work with. Plenty of massage and recovery work, and little injury has made my job easy with them. I have loved every match, training afternoon with them and I’m excited to meet the new team next year.
Yeovil women’s haven’t had the easiest season with injuries, but every player has been willing to push through recovery to get back on the pitch. Always keeping me busy with massage, injury rehab and advice. Being able to play in the final today shows the determination that the girls put in to the sport.
Thank you to every player and coach at Yeovil town who has worked with me this season💚
-Player sponsors this season went to Sam Fisher, Ruby White and Will Holloway.
Sam had a fantastic start to the season, clocking up many goals in little games. A few small niggles that were easily maintained, kept him moving well on the pitch. At the start of the year he made a big step into a job he has always wanted meaning his football season got put on hold, but he still made sure to come back for the last few games. Thank you Sam for trusting me to look after you this season⚽️
Ruby never stops! Boxing full time, working, recovering and still finds time to play football. Joining back midseason she got a few games in the bag. With her busy schedule we knew football wouldn’t be priority. Keeping on top of recovery was at the top of her list and it payed off by her having an injury free season. Keep being you Ruby, I’m excited for the next chapter in boxing with GB⚽️🥊
Will started the season strong getting 4 tries in 3 games and managing a persistent shoulder injury. In Nov 25 will sustained a spiral fracture to his ankle which took him out of playing until the end of April. His determination wouldn’t let him finish the season without one last game. Getting on the pitch for the final game, with no ankle pain, gives us confidence for next season. Time to get the body rugby ready in this offseason and I’m excited for you to smash next season injury free🏉

Working with athletes is something I have always enjoyed, watching you achieve your goals and succeeding in the sport.
Callum hasn’t had the smoothest of seasons, picking up a knee injury followed by an ankle tear. He has stayed committed to the work and will do anything to better himself. I’m excited to see him progress next season, with his goals set higher to take himself to the next level.
Thank-you for choosing me to take you through the rehab journey, and the kind words mean a lot!

Tuesday I did something I always knew I wanted to do.
I attended Sturminster Newton boxing club to present to boxers, parents and coaches about recovery, the physical and mental side of sports and how athletes can better themselves. It’s important to have the younger performers learn these things so they know they know the challenges ahead and can make a positive decision from this. I fear I have now found my new thing in public speaking🫣
Seeing the true dedication of sports performers at a young age and watching some hardcore sessions was pretty incredible.
Getting to watch Ruby train as well as a cheeky spar was definitely a highlight also🥹
Recovery isn’t optional — it’s where the growth actually happens.
Sleep, hydration, mobility, and rest days aren’t signs of weakness; they’re part of your progression.
Many young athletes don’t know where to start, ignore signs of injuries or simply do not have enough knowledge on how to look after themselves out side of sports.
This is where I come in….
Providing you with knowledge for every aspect of recovery and why they are so integral. Teaching athletes how to better themselves on a daily basis, providing lessons to clubs, but mostly of all being a listening ear for those who feel overwhelmed.
Taking care of your mind and body allows you to show up at your best.
For more information on how I can help you, please feel free to message me on here✅
Working with clubs is something that was always on the list of things to do, and working with the Yeovil women’s team has been one of the best decisions i have made.
Knowing I can make a difference to a team of players with a passion to improve and win is the best part. Watching players return and thrive on the pitch after injury is rewarding. Most of all working with a team of coaches who care has made this an easy process for me.
Being there for the players to teach the importance of recovery, stretching/ mobility, strength and conditioning and mental wellbeing, providing pre, during and post game massages, rehabilitation programs and strapping/ taping.
Thank you to the players and coaches for allowing me to work with you all🤍
A very heartfelt testimonial from Lily. From someone who has had an injury resulting in time off from games and training, she continues to work hard consistently. Always bringing humour and wanting to put a smile on your face but happy to listen and learn on how she can better herself.
Thank you for supporting🤍
Maybe we could stop meeting on the pitch during games?🤷♀️
Today marks a big day in my life.
Just under 4 years ago I got injured doing a barbell squat in the gym. Following this I continued to play rugby and train in the gym when I shouldn’t have. Consequently the injury progressed before I sought help. This is a big reason for why I do my job, to make people understand the importance of recovery and injury rehabilitation. My road to recovery hasn’t been smooth and has taken longer than expected but, I do believe it has made me the best massage therapist and business owner that I can be.
Test after test, scan after scan and consultations with multiple specialists and I had no answer, I felt completely lost and exhausted from the pain and symptoms I had daily. In March, I finally met a surgeon who wanted to help and most of all, listened to me. Without this, I wouldn’t have had the surgery I needed and be back on track to full health.
Brad my PT has been involved in this process from the start, every session together, messages and support has kept me going. Helping me prepare for every appointment to creating sessions that I could do no matter the situation. Being there to chat on the bad days and making light of every situation. Brad you are the best, and I couldn’t be here without you. James, this last year you have been an incredible help. Advice, re gaining movement in my arm and dealing with numerous symptoms. I appreciate every session we have had together and how helpful you have been to guide me to others for extra help. Communication is key and I am so thankful for you both working alongside each other to find the best way to deal with my injury. You have both provided me so much knowledge and are the reasons I can be the best for my clients.
This year I also decided to take a step into life coaching. This has made my journey easier by being able to understand my feelings and seeing the positives. From someone how was always scared of the idea of this, I have become the biggest advocate and now recommend this to everyone! Leanne you have been a god send and I am so glad that I have been able to work with you in order to make myself a better person.
Take time for you. Recover stronger, perform better.
