On Monday, June 15th, join us as we raise our glasses — and raise funds — in support of @FoodLifeline , a local organization fighting hunger across the Pacific Northwest by rescuing food, feeding families, and building a more equitable future.
For one night, we’re bringing the spirit of Madrid to Seattle with an evening filled with tapas, sangria, and more. 🍷✨

Who doesn’t love ending a meal with something sweet? Around here, we’re especially fond of our dark chocolate & halva cookies.
Over the years, we’ve tested quite a few recipes, but this one has truly stuck. With rich brown butter, nutty housemade halva (made with our favorite tahini from @villajerada ), and big, chunky dark chocolate, we think we’ve found one that's here to stay (at least for now!).
Pro-tip: If you're worried you might be in a pita & dip coma post meal, plan ahead and grab a pack of bake-at-home Homer cookie dough balls next door @heyjudegoods – that way they will be ready to bake whenever you have a craving!
