This is my second act. Not just a project. Not just a passion. @respin is personal. Over the past few months, I’ve been traveling, speaking, and showing up wherever I can to advocate for better menopause care. But nothing compares to sitting with the women we built Respin for, and hearing how it’s already changing their lives. Their stories moved me to tears! What started as a vision is now becoming real. And just like we knew: when women have the right tools, they thrive. When I hit menopause, I had access to doctors, books, the best advice out there— and I still felt confused and alone. That’s why we’re building Respin: a science-backed, expert-led, community-powered way to take your health into your own hands—and feel better, fast. Our first program is now live: The Respin Reset. Curious about what community looks like inside @respinhealth ? 👀 Meet Sister Circle - a dedicated space for Black women navigating the complicated journey of menopause. Led by our Head Coaches Monika Pierce and Darlene Thomas, these virtual meetups are more than a conversation. They're an affirming space to be seen, heard, and supported — without judgment. Together, our members exchange stories, share resources, and build real connection through honest, heart-centered dialogue. This month especially, as we honor the strength, resilience, and legacy of Black women, we're proud that spaces like this exist within our community - not just in February, but year-round. 🧡 This is what menopause care can look like when it's built with community at its center.

This is what it looks like when we move together 🙌🏽 Last week, we came together at Peloton headquarters to celebrate the women who made the P.R.E.S.S. Study possible - and to share what we learned. 267 women. 8 weeks. And the results are clear: movement, when paired with personalized menopause care and coaching, improves the symptoms that matter most. 84% of participants saw overall symptom relief. After 8 weeks, women reported: → Weight gain: 41% improvement → Poor memory: 39% improvement → Brain fog: 34% improvement → Lack of energy: 33% improvement → Feeling tired or worn out: 26% improvement Movement is magic ⚡️.
