We are officially halfway through Cohort2 of the College Fellowship Program! From navigating the office to mastering their finances, our Fellows haven’t just been showing up, they’ve been leveling up. Here is how we’ve spent the last quarter:
October - discussed Workplace Expectations, mastering office dynamics and professional etiquette.
November - all about Financial Wellness with Cedric Nash @millionairemoneymoves to build long-term wealth habits.
December - a powerhouse session on Communication, Conflict, and Confidence facilitated by @chuckjonesdc and @KristinaSavoy and followed by a vital mental health check-in with @UbuntuWellness .
The Momentum continues. This Friday, we gather for our 4th Professional Development Session to kick off the second half of the program. Watching these future leaders grow has been the highlight of our year. Let’s keep that energy going! ️
