We have heard so many amazing stories from filmmakers coming from all over the world. Stories that needed to be told. Thank you for a reminder how important documentaries are. 🔮
Eni followed us to all sessions in all three countries and when she grows up she will either love documentary films or hate them 🫦 Even though it was tough balancing her and the intensive program ( during every session she had at least one teeth coming out so didn’t get much sleep and will probably be tired forever) it really wouldn’t be as amazing as it was without her. She’s the funniest, craziest little kid who made friends with every human and every animal along the way and high-fived the entire Prague 🫀
Thanks to our friends @neuvek_zelen and @hanickka who were hanging out with Eni during this last session while we were working on our pitch. She now knows every single park in Prague and could work as a little tourist guide ❤️
And thanks to our lovely protagonists, Vesna&Vesna and all the animals out there 🫶🏻
Slova se sklapaju u njene prve reči na ovim našim malim, slatkim putovanjima. Nadam se da će što duže brm-brm značiti autić u koji se stisnemo mama, tata, ona i dva psa. Da će av-av uvek biti Bili, Miška i svi oni srećni psi slobodnjaci što trče bez povodca. Da će joj njam-njam mirisati na naše bućkuriše s rešo-a. Da će ćao i pa-pa ostati pozdrav svim ljudima i životinjama koje usput, neplanirano, sretnemo na drumu. Da će daj, daj značiti još još još akcija. Jer tek smo počeli. 🎪
I nadam se da će mama i tata zauvek biti reči za one koji joj čuvaju leđa i otkrivaju svet ispod kamena 🪲

An alpha granny who refuses to die and her adopted grandaugther, both named Vesna, live in an animal shelter with 300 hundred rescued animals where they fight with poverty, estranged relatives and each other, using hard work and dark humor.
