House Bill 31, sponsored by Rep. Latyna M. Humphrey, would require electronic recordings of all parole board hearings. This would increase transparency, accountability, and public trust in Ohio’s parole process.
@replatynamhumphrey is taking an important step toward ensuring fairness, protecting the integrity of the process, and giving families, victims, and communities greater confidence in decisions that carry life-changing consequences.
Next the bill comes back to the House for another vote.

Started the day standing with community at the “ All Roads Lead South” protest—because when folks speak up, I’m showing up too. ✊🏾
Then shifted right into hosting a housing event focused on transitional housing—because advocacy doesn’t stop at the mic, it’s gotta turn into action.
From the streets to solutions… all in a day’s work as your State Rep & next State Senator.
