Land of the free because of the brave.
Thank you to the brave men and women serving in #CO05 and across the nation who protect our great country. 🇺🇸
Happy Armed Forces Day.
At today’s @HASCRepublicans Hearing, Secretary of the Army Dan Driscoll had high praise for Fort Carson.
He discussed the importance of Fort Carson’s recent “Right to Integrate” hackathon, where major defense contractors worked alongside local commercial businesses to try and break down, then access, key data in our weapons systems.
Events like these are crucial to ensuring our systems are fully secure, especially in today’s age, where even a short delay in data sharing gives our adversaries a communications advantage, risking the lives of our servicemembers on the field.
On National Peace Officers Memorial Day, we remember our fallen law enforcement officers in the Pikes Peak Region and across the nation.Â
Please join me in paying tribute to the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect the communities they loved.
@SecretaryBurgum is right. We need to keep unleashing American energy to maintain our energy dominance. Subtracting reliable baseload generation for inconsistent energy sources doesn’t add up.
Â
Energy policy shouldn’t be ideological. It should simply keep the lights on.
The National Down Syndrome Society came to our office to discuss their priorities for strengthening special education and how we can collaborate to support the Down syndrome community.
This National Police Week, I want to thank our Sheriff’s Deputies and Police Officers here in El Paso County who work tirelessly every day to keep our community safe.
Longtime Southern Coloradans know Fort Carson has a proven track record of protecting our archaeological history at Piñon Canyon.
The Colorado State Historic Preservation Office’s stalling of vital national security exercises is shameful & dangerous.
Enough with the obstruction—get back to negotiating in good faith.
National Police Week is not just a moment of recognition, but a reminder that the safety and freedom we often take for granted are made possible by those willing to protect our communities from danger. Honored to have attended the “Forged in Fire” Armed Forces Day concert and witness the incredible talent of the United States Air Force Academy Band alongside our service academies.
Thankful for all who serve our great nation 🇺🇸
This National Police Week, let’s take a moment to recognize the brave men and women here in #CO05 and across the nation who protect our streets every day. Thank you to our Sheriff’s Deputies and Police Officers. I will always Back the Blue.
Wishing a joyful Mother’s Day to all our incredible moms here in Colorado’s Fifth and across the nation!
To my wife, Lisa - I am endlessly grateful for everything you do for our family.
As we thank our service members for their dedication and service to our nation, we must also recognize the sacrifices spouses make every day to support their families.
