Had this for about a week now and… HOLY CRAP, what a machine! Expected the whole PPG thang but it’s incredible for FM eardrum destruction, does a very acceptable wonky analog impression and easily doles out general drone terror/chaos. Was a bit concerned about having fewer knobs to wiggle, but programming and tweaking it is a breeze. Bit blown away by it TBH.
Can’t quite bring myself to take off the screen protector though… 🦐
My copies of Break the Faith just arrived so I’ve dribbled my thoughts into a camera for your (dis)pleasure. Always a nice moment when physical copies arrive - these look and sound ace!

This just in… the PWM Mantis! I’ve wanted to check out one of these for ages but remained a bit sceptical due to price, firmware issues etc. Couldn’t resist a mint ex-display for less than a third of its original retail price though (mental how far certain gear prices can drop). Deeply quirky, slightly infuriating BUT sounds absolutely brillo! 👾👾👾
