On May 8th, the GBCI Europe CIRCLE 2026 event brought international experts to the construction site of the new UNIMI Science Campus at the MIND – Milano Innovation District.
Aiming for LEED Gold and full CAM compliance, this project proves that large-scale development and high environmental performance must go hand in hand, driving towards a truly regenerative approach to construction.

Over the past few weeks, we challenged the @alpitour teams in an awesome corporate volleyball tournament.
It was the perfect excuse to step away from our screens, enjoy some healthy competition on the court, and, most importantly, wrap up the evenings with the mandatory post-game pizza together. No formal speeches or meetings—just a great way to bond and have fun outside the office.

Art is taking over the construction work in Pesaro. We’ve turned the fencing around Calata 52 into a monumental urban artwork, created by @alessandrobaronciani .
Almost 100 meters of illustrations now replace traditional barriers, creating a visual stroll that honors the city's seafaring spirit and tells the story of our harbor.

Team Renco ran for a different reason : supporting the daily care and inclusion of children with disabilities alongside Una Mano per... Onlus.
Through the Renco Children initiative, we are raising funds for "Recreational Therapy". All funds raised go directly to finance pet therapy, aquatic rehabilitation , and music workshops—essential tools to improve their quality of life.
Our marathon is done, but the charity never stops. Together, we can make a real difference!

Building a safer, more livable Maputo.
The new Stormwater Drainage System brings nearly 10 km of channels and underground aqueducts to secure the Maxaquene and Polana Caniço districts from flooding.
Crucially, this is achieved with zero relocations. We are also going beyond drainage to deliver new paved roads, streetlights, and a clean water network to the community.

O novo Sistema de Drenagem de Águas Pluviais traz quase 10 km de canais e aquedutos subterrâneos para proteger os bairros de Maxaquene e Polana Caniço contra inundações.
O mais importante: sem requerer a transferência de população. O projeto vai além da drenagem e também traz novas estradas pavimentadas, iluminação pública e rede de água potável para a comunidade.
