Inspired by the foods that became part of the city’s DNA… St. Paul sandwiches, half orders of fried rice, crab rangoons, egg foo young, and a cold Vess soda on the side.
Half Order explores the unique connection between St. Louis Chinese takeout and the Black community that helped shape a food culture you can’t find anywhere else.
