This month we have the incredible @remiharrismbe 🌼
Remi Harris is a trainer and coach from London working globally with leaders and creators in the music industry, and consulting with music and culture businesses on developing their people.Â
She is also co-founder of the Music Leaders Network @musicleadersnetwork , the transformational leadership development programme for women in music.

Remi started out in music in 1999 as a founding staff member of The Association of Independent Music (AIM) taking on a number of roles over the years including setting up professional conferences, running programmes to help the industry transition to the digital music era and day to day business management working with hundreds of indie labels over the next decade, and ending up as General Manager there. She went on to be Director of Operations at UK Music, in charge of the delivery of the body’s strategy and Chair of the Alliance for Diversity in Music and Media, launching the industry’s first Equality and Diversity Charter in 2012.Â
Over the last decade she has established Remi Harris Consulting as a provider of training, programming, advice and coaching for cultural and music organisations with clients including the Barbican, Universal Music UK, PRS Foundation, Creative United and others.Â
Amongst her many side projects, Remi co-founded the Young Guns Network delivering over 60 events to connect young professionals in music, and published a book about funding music projects. She was a trustee of education charities Small Green Shoots and the George Padmore Institute, and is currently a trustee of BAPAM, the medical charity for performers. She was awarded an MBE for Services to the Music Industry in 2016 and joined the 2019 Music Week Women in Music Roll of Honour. 🧡

We both have a valued network of people who twe have worked with, met at events or had coaching with over the years and wanted to create a leadership programme with a network built in - providing future support, confidential advice and someone to have in your corner in the industry.
Music Leaders Network is a transformational programme, aimed at people with 5-25 years experience.
It is the only UK leadership programme that brings together mid-career women* from across the industry and establishes them in a deliberate peer-to-peer network.
The programme is known for creating effective leaders, giving participants the skills they need to increase their visibility and realise their potential in an industry that is still male dominated.
Music Leaders Network includes
