Only 2 weeks out since I sprained my ankle pretty bad and I'm already skating again. I've been working really hard on rehab. Didn't do any RICE this time, except for compression. Lots of ROM early on, flossing(look it up-helped a lot), and balance work. Went to work the next day after and kept moving it. Compression sleeves and the flossing really helped get the swelling down fast. Then I could start focusing on movement and preventing losing range of motion. Strengthening and proprioception to help prevent re-injury. Still having mild pain with end range with eversion and inversion and wearing a brace now, but hopefully not for too much longer.
