I am honored to represent the Illinois chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) as it’s national delegate on its House of Governors during its annual midyear meeting, this year in Scottsdale, Arizona. Enjoyed my partner Jordan Rosenberg attending his first midyear meeting, it was a great week that included a detour from business to enjoy seeing the Chicago Cubs during spring training, and some time by the pool after some great CLE focusing in part and the growing use of AI in law, as well as a look into our individual personality types, and how that translates to our approach to the practice. No one that has met me would be surprised that I was a high driver that is competitive, results driven, and who wants to attack things head on to get things done!

South Flagler House continues its remarkable rise along the West Palm Beach waterfront, with both towers now significantly advanced and the architectural vision clearly taking shape. Developed by Related Ross and backed by $600M in financing arranged by Eastdil Secured, this transformative project is redefining the skyline on South Flagler Drive. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects with interiors by Pembrooke & Ives, and built by Coastal Construction as General Contractor, the project reflects seamless collaboration across the board. Key partners include RSI (Reinforced Structures, Inc.) (Shell Contractor), Desimone Consulting Engineering (Structural Engineer), Hart Mechanical Contractors Inc. (Mechanical), Coastal Masonry (Masonry), Reynolds Painting Group, FL (Painting), EFCO Forms (Concrete Forming Systems), Reflection Window + Wall (Window & Wall Systems), along with AG Structures and Unified Door & Hardware Group, all contributing to the project’s continued progress. With façade installation advancing, structural work well progressed, and the podium and amenity levels actively taking shape, South Flagler House is well beyond its early vertical phase and moving steadily toward completion. Sales and marketing are led by Related Ross, The Corcoran Group, and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, driving strong interest in this premier waterfront address. A true collaboration of industry leaders, this project represents the next chapter of luxury living in West Palm Beach—and the skyline transformation is now unmistakable.

Located at 1911 Walnut Street in Rittenhouse Square, The Laurel is a high-rise residential tower delivered in one of Philadelphia’s most constrained urban environments. MEG Metalan served as the façade installer on this project, responsible for the installation of the window wall system across the tower. Working within a tight site footprint and active city streets, the scope required precise coordination, sequencing, and execution at height to maintain schedule and quality. Projects like The Laurel matter to MEG because they demand more than installation alone. They require problem-solving in the field, clear communication across trades, and consistency from start to finish. This work reflects the accountability and craftsmanship that guide our approach to complex urban builds.
