Hair academies across the UK need real people to practice on. That means YOU can walk in, get a professional cut (sometimes colour too), fully supervised — for FREE or a few pounds.
I’ve been doing this for 3 years. Here’s where to go 👇
How to book:
➡️ Go to their website or email
➡️ Fill in the model form or call ahead
➡️ Be flexible with timing (usually mornings/weekdays)
➡️ Allow 1–3 hours for your appointment
➡️ Students are supervised by senior stylists the whole time
💡 Pro tips:
Check Facebook & Gumtree too — trainees post calls for models regularly
Some need a skin/allergy test 48hrs before colour
Be open-minded — they may suggest a style that suits your hair type
Cancel 24hrs in advance if needed
