Sneaked away from work early to install new Furiosa’s new kingbraid mainsheet and cruising dyneema reefing lines all from @kingfisher_ropes
The whole boat now runs on Kingfisher ropes, including the mooring lines to keep her secure in harbour.
Fitting new windows to Furiosa didn’t just stop the leaks, it visibly took years off the look of the boat. You can check out how I did it in this week’s video which will go live at 1630 bst today (Friday).
No more brown, cracked and scuffed widows, now shining black and great visual clarity from the inside. Only one sense of humour failure when I found the new windows didn’t (initially) fit!
