still in shock that me jokingly signing up to a plastering course to prove that i could infact plaster has somehow led to this but here we are (and i’m not mad about it)
thank you soooo much to refina for helping me put together this starter pack of tools. the amount of trowels out there is craaaaazy so having this guidance was super helpful. so excited to try all these bits out n see what works for me n to learn with you all along the way !! genuinely so so incredibly grateful

moral of the story is use your free will and do the side quest hunni cos what’s the worst that can happen (you could be gearing up to be plaster a whole house! who knows!)

The grinder from @eibenstock_uk came into its own yesterday on this patching job !! When this floor has been installed it has never had laitance removed which is why these tiles never bonded to the subfloor!! Along with the grinder we had the dust extraction and cyclone system from @refina together a great combo!! Remember always remove laitance from floors ! Here we patched what we needed to but I’d guess the rest of that floor would be much the same and the builders don’t want to know !! #grind #laitance #laitanceremoval #tiling
