Artist Spotlight: @hicham_.___ Those who joined us at Stagg last September witnessed that Hicham is someone who takes his craft very seriously. We’re thrilled to give him a platform again to share his art, this time at Signal - where the sound system is perfectly tuned and an extended set provides him a canvas of endless possibilities. His raw talent can be found in the soundscapes he curates. Always colorful. Always unexpected. Born in France, based in Brussels, Hicham has been touring internationally for nearly 10 years. While we love hosting him in NYC, this is unfortunately going to be Hicham’s last visit to the States for quite some time. Join us in what will be a beautiful night with our favorite artist. ———————————————————————————————— Artist Spotlight: @young_on_wax Busan-born, Seoul-based Young Sun channels the musical landscapes of Chicago and Detroit into a fluid, genre-blurring approach. Moving seamlessly from electro to progressive, he crafts sets built on tension release with floor-shaking low end anchors, driving bouncy grooves, and sharp rhythms. Young Sun will be setting the tone for the night, providing direct support for Hicham. When we found out that Young Sun has ties to Hicham from the renowned Seoul based venue, Teller, it was a no-brainer to have him included in this night. A perfect slot for Young Sun’s NYC debut. Friday April 3rd we welcome the return of our favorite artist, Hicham. If you were lucky enough to experience our event with him last September, you know how this night will unfold. The depth of his music knowledge and raw talent is hard for us to put into words. He deserves an extended set and a dialed in soundsystem, which is exactly what Signal has given us. He will be accompanied by Young Sun, making his New York City debut. Based in, and an integral part of the South Korean scene, he is well regarded by those we trust. We are honored to host him and couldn’t think of a better addition to this lineup. Opening duties by our favorite local selectors, Choukroun, Monk, and Dj Brian. Artist spotlight: Choukroun, Monk, and DJ Brian Hailing from Hong Kong with a deep passion for the underground, @the_chouk has shaped a genre-blending style on dance floors across the globe. His dynamic sets fuse cross-cultural sounds with House, Minimal, and Deep groove. In New York, he’s carved out a strong presence with a residency at Outer Heaven with the launch of Out the Bag. Performances at Resolute, Golden Records, Apollo Studios, and other top venues have cemented Choukroun as one of the city’s most exciting rising talents. ~ Monk (@ilan_sikorsky ) is a Swiss-born, New York City–based DJ / record collector known for his vast musical knowledge and dynamic selections. His sets reflect a deep-rooted appreciation for sonic exploration, honed through years of digging and dedication to the craft. Monk has brought his sound to respected venues including Outer Heaven, Apollo Studio, Signal, and Geneva’s iconic Weetamix, earning a reputation for delivering immersive and memorable nights. ~ @djbrian.unofficial , formerly of Outer Heaven, who can now be found at Signal, is known for his genre fluid sets in the wee hours at Apollo Studio and of course, his two home base clubs. Friday night…we’re still glowing 💫 What unfolded was truly unforgettable. A 5-hour journey from @hicham_.___ —the longest ever at Stagg—took us from late night into sunrise with seamless flow, unwavering energy, and a dance floor that never stopped moving. It was one of those rare sets where you walk away transformed, inspired, and grateful to have been there. We feel so lucky. Big love as well to @maxsprauer & @______shvili for keeping the energy until the end, to @jamie.jar for kicking things off perfectly, and to OZ (@oliviablair___ & @zmoreeee ) for sparking the dance floor at just the right moment. And to @goldenrecordnyc and @333.zion , thank you for partnering with us and giving this night its home. We can’t wait to do it all again. ♥️

Artist Spotlight: @maxsprauer b2b @______shvili Obsessed by the sound of the past & the magic of the future, @maxsprauer looks for the adhesive connecting the many hues of electronic music. Playing a variety of genres—house, techno, electro, trance & more, he blends hypnotic melodies with intricate rhythms to produce complex, compelling sets. A native New Yorker, Max maintains a valuable presence amongst a critical audience in NYC. Hailing from Tbilisi Georgia, @______shvili ‘s musical journey began as a classical pianist and singer. After moving to the US and attending art school, she discovered her passion for dance music which led her to New York’s underground scene. Known for her timeless records and playful spirit, Shvili’s sets captivate audiences with infections grooves.
