2025 marks 25 years for me selling bmx and 32 years in action sports as I started in a shop in 1993 selling skate and snow. My life has been a movie for years. It’s still completely mind boggling to me that I’ve been given this gift. I could write multiple books on the incredible experiences bmx has given me. So appreciative of all the friends I’ve made along the way. I could have posted hundreds of photos here and not touched the surface. I owe everything I have in my life to my bike shops. They’ve stuck by me for decades. @montanaricky asked me are there any still around from my first days. What a great question. I tried to make a list but I’m horrified I left someone out cuz I’m old and it’s hard to remember. Here’s my attempt- @ericscycleworks Eric Barlow- still makes fun of me to this day for my raspy voice trying to sell him pegs and axles @area51bicycleshop Chris and Serena Ash I think I shocked him to tell him he was one of my firsts @empirebmx / Trend Tom and Tina Williams - I remember being super nervous to call Tina. She was a legend. Then Tom took over ordering and at first I thought he was a kook. I ended up being right about that. @danscompinstagram Dan Duckworth was very intimidating but I learned so much from him over the years. Frank Bertke took over after he retired and we still talk daily. I owe a lot in my life to these guys. @pedalpushersbmx Rod will always be one of my favs @maulsbikeshop although it started with Dick Maul I’ve always talked to John since he was just a kid at dads shop @popsbikeshop I’ve been with Marc through a few stores but it started with he and Rodney at Wheel Life Cycles. They still work together @albesbmx I first met @markflip at a BS contest in Buffalo. We’ve started more trouble together than pretty much anyone else in bmx @kegels_bikes Rob has always had my back Honorable mentions @chengaworld @mrbikesnboards but I think it was Mesh then @thecosmicwheel @_epicbmx @tonys_bikes @larrysbicycles @fattrax @gordysbicycles @mark_traeger These guys might not have been on my first days but very close to it Let’s run it till the wheels fall off. Forever thankful. #blessed

Every guy has 50-100 T-shirts in their closet but there’s 8-10 that are in your heavy rotation. I probably have 40 hoodies but there’s one I wear the most. Whether they just fit a little better or feel a little softer… how do I get in that rotation? This is the focus of @rixinbikes clothing. For the new Bridge logo hoodie we found a “Supreme” quality garment that checks all the boxes and we embroidered the logo to look highly fashionable. This Ivory hoodie is the fucking bomb!!!! My favorite piece by far.

New personal bike- Haro Johnny 5 E-bike - My personal mechanic @ci.ridebmx and I have been talking through this bike build for a couple months now. She’s almost there. Some things take time and thought, especially with a super customized set up. This won’t be an everyday bike but it’ll be super fun to shred some beers on around NYC with my homies. Big shout out to @kevinconners @ayresjames and @harobmx for always taking care of me. Decked out in @theorybikes and @merrittbmx parts. Can’t wait to play with this one.
