@untiliwake where do I even start man, these guys had the crowd moving the whole time, I'm talking HIGH ENERGY. They're just as good live if not even better and I'm impatiently waiting for them to come back 😫
@iseestars 16 year old me would not believe that she'd one day witness a song that helped her feel not alone in her emotions, AND she'd be shaking hands thanking them for all they do ANDDDD getting photos..crazy sauce. Absolutely insane. These guys are so genuinely on fire for their music and adore their scene. I have gained so much respect for them seeing how they interacted with myself and their fans. 🥺
@mothica got me ugly crying during forever fifteen and I've been absolutely obsessed with buzzkill ever since. Seeing all of the fans light up during the set was so precious to me, what a wonderful experience all around.
@thisisdiamante what a fun way to start the show, I'm talking big energy and even bigger hair. The 80s called, and they wanna say thanks for keeping sparkle rock alive.
Was lucky enough to see an old pal on his new journey with his music in @abp.and.the.spites and I have to say I'm very proud! 🥺 They have a unique style of Bob Dylan if he had a garage band in the best way possible, awesome energy that I loved to see 🩷
And I mean do I even need to say anything about @sunnyacresmusic they're crazy ALWAYS, jokes, insane riffs, wild energy that's so contagious!!

These guys have such a wonderful and genuine demeanor on stage and off stage. Being able to get photos for artists who truly love the music and the fans is such a boost of serotonin. Seeing how they interact with the fans, singing along with them melted my heart a little 🥺

It's crazy that the shows I'm capturing are only getting better and better. I just know this year is going to be one for the books 😈 🔥 (did someone say tour?)

I saved this post for the end of the year because this show was honestly a turning point for me. Overflowing with the feeling that I am right where I need to be. One with the music. Home.
As a concert photographer it's always a dream to capture photos of childhood bands and shooting @alotlikebirds was just this. Being at the @goldfieldroseville which was a town that I grew up around and seeing a band little emo me would listen to was truly such a full circle moment for me.
I also finally saw a friend whose journey I've been lucky enough to watch play live, shout-out to my dear dear friend @yunglung.jpg in @tororoisaband I couldn't be more proud of him and his journey.
And a huge round of applause to the other bands I was lucky enough to see live like @mellaactually and @amarionette You guys truly brought an energy that was so refreshing and artistic.
All around thank you to everyone who made this day possible.
With the release of "Don't Be A Stranger" FINALLY, of course @officialnotthesame had a release party and it was..you could say..a blur (of fog and lights) these rockstars really know how to throw it down 😂
