Our concept design for a family home in North London. The kitchen and dining designed around natural light, without compromising the natural flow of how the home is lived in.

An exploded axonometric of Aldersbrook. This type of drawing pulls a building apart along a central axis, separating each layer — structure, walls, floor, roof — while keeping everything in its correct spatial relationship. A way of understanding how a home comes together, one considered layer at a time.

Focusing in on this ribbed clay render, and its organic lines that carry rhythm from the inside out. The tactility of the finish is deliberate: a sensory experience that grounds you in the space, a neutral backdrop alongside the calm of the garden.

Rooted in everyday ritual. We design by understanding how people move through a space, the rhythms they settle into, the needs that shift over time. Details that only reveal themselves over time, in a space that grows with you.

Same room, two different heights, two different moods.
The bench seat sits low and enclosed — intimate, a place to wind down. Over the dining table the ceiling opens up to the sky, the kind of space that lifts conversation and can inspire.

The simplest palette: timber, and the light that moves through it.
Both materials in their own way - the enduring honesty of exposed timber, and the shifting quality of natural light filtered through the timber below the rooflights. Together they define a living room that is shadowy and still, and a dining space that is bright and open.

At our Hampstead Garden Suburb home, each fitting works quietly in the background, yet proves essential to the home’s cohesive, enduring character.

A framed vista as you walk into The Aldersbrook Enclave.
The fittings we chose with Corston become part of the broader material palette, complementing the architecture.
