2025 was a year of new beginnings.
I tackled a new state, new projects, and new challenges.
I guided a variety of businesses in their goals of getting seen and heard through branding and marketing.
The industries differed and had varying needs, but the goal was the same every time. create work that is human and stands out from the noise.
I also launched Control Burn with my best friend Josh — not just as a music collaboration,
but as a creative outlet with room to grow.
Seeing friends and strangers dance to our music at SoundLab Tampa allowed us to start bringing that dream to life.
All of that was groundwork.
In 2026, the focus is momentum.
We’re going all in with Control Burn, dropping consistent singles and EPs, so stay tuned.
I’m also expanding RCC —
collaborating with more diverse clients,
building something sustainable, and aiming to make a living from creative work alone.
Additionally, I don’t want my job to keep me in just one place.
I hope to travel a good chunk of the year,
stay inspired and let new places shape my work.
This year, I’m holding myself to a higher standard when it comes to consistency.
It shouldn’t just be about creating content—
but documenting the process,
and sharing it as it happens.
2025 built the foundation.
2026 is about showing up,
refining the vision, and letting the work speak for itself.

🔴ctrl//brn music session🔴
Josh and I usually start these sessions on Discord. He’s in Ableton 12, I’ve been in Logic for years but recently made the switch to Ableton and I’m learning my way through it. We use ListenTo to stream high quality audio straight from our DAWs so we’re hearing things in real time, basically like being in the same room.
Once a track is close, we’ll spend days or even a full week dialing in details and mixing it ourselves before sending it to Bob for mastering. It’s a slow, intentional process, but it works.
Even being in different states, we’ve built a really solid workflow together. Next week Josh is flying out and we’re going deep. A few days in a mountain cabin, focused on production and knocking out multiple projects.
