The best workplaces are the ones people genuinely want to spend time in 👏
Honored to have been part of the team behind Sanofi’s new headquarters at M Station West, recently recognized with a @corenetne Chapter Awards of Excellence award for Best New Workplace Outside of New England!
Designed with employee experience at the forefront, the space balances focus, collaboration, wellness, and hospitality in a way that feels both elevated and deeply human. From workstations and huddle spaces to layered ancillary settings and soft finishes, every detail contributes to a workplace designed for how people work today.
Proud to have partnered alongside @gensler_design , Northstar Project & Real Estate Services, and @sjpproperties on this award-winning project.

From industry insights to community impact (and yes, a little Bravo 🍸), April brought us together with customers, partners, and industry leaders across New England.
This past month, we spent time connecting through conversations and events centered around workplace strategy, healthcare, commercial real estate, design, philanthropy, and community.
From hosting a Bravo watch party at the Boston WorkLife for the premiere of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island to welcoming Tracy Brower, PhD to Boston for discussions on the future of work, each event offered a unique opportunity to learn, collaborate, and strengthen relationships across the industry.
We also attended the Construction Institute's Women Who Build Summit, joined NAIOP Massachusetts and REFA Real Estate Finance Association of CT for conversations shaping the future of the built environment, connected with healthcare leaders at the PwC healthcare event in Connecticut, celebrated industry achievements at the CREW CT Network Blue Ribbon Award ceremony, and supported the V Foundation for Cancer Research at the Voices for Victory Dinner.
We also hosted our 3rd Annual Kentucky Derby event in support of High Hopes Therapeutic Riding, Inc., a tradition our team looks forward to every year!
Grateful for the opportunity to keep learning from the people and organizations helping shape our industry and communities.

What if the floor goes in before the space even exists? 👀
Our team recently created an animation that brings the floorcovering process to life, showing how materials, patterns, and transitions come together long before installation day.
It’s one thing to select flooring samples. It’s another to actually see how those decisions will shape movement, energy, and experience throughout a space.
From furniture to technology to floorcovering, seeing the vision before it’s built changes everything.

Big things happen when great minds get in the same room 👏
Our design team recently came together in #Andover for our first in-person regional all-hands and it did not disappoint! We were honored to have Brooke Lyons and Kellie Fairchild from @Steelcase join us for a full day of inspiration, learning, and real collaboration.
The day was packed with everything from showroom tours and strategic partner sessions to hands-on workshops and a forward-looking conversation on AI and innovation.
Moments like this don't just build knowledge, they build culture.
P.S. Swipe to the end because every great team has a blooper reel. 📸

#ThursdayThoughts: New research from @Steelcase highlights a shift happening across the workplace...
We are now in our ✨ Attention Era ✨
For years, conversations centered around attendance.
Badge swipes. Occupancy. Visibility.
The question was: “Are you there?”
Now, organizations are asking something deeper:
“Can people actually think, focus, collaborate, and create here?”
We’re shifting from:
Measuring presence → Supporting performance
Mandates + control → Autonomy + stewardship
Offices as containers → Offices as innovation hubs
The best workplaces today aren’t designed just to bring people in. They’re designed to help people do their best work once they’re there.

Not every wall system can pick up and move across a building. This one did.
We recently relocated an @orangeboxltd AIR3 unit about 125 feet from a temporary space to its permanent home, all in roughly two hours. After the move, the team resealed the glass, checked the lighting and ventilation, and everything was still up and running as expected.
A great example of how flexible architectural solutions can adapt alongside the changing needs of a workplace 👏

Big hats, bourbon tastings, musical chairs, and plenty of Derby spirit 🐎
Last night’s Kentucky Derby celebration at our East Hartford Workplace Innovation Hub brought together clients, partners, and friends from across the industry for an evening full of connection, friendly competition, and memorable moments.
From custom hat decorating and horseshoes to photos with Mr. Thread and a few very competitive rounds of musical chairs, the energy carried throughout the night.
We were also proud to raise over $400 for @highhopestr , an organization dedicated to improving lives through equine assisted services and therapeutic riding programs!
Thanks to everyone who joined us and helped make our 3rd annual Derby event one to remember. Already looking forward to next year!
Special thanks to @Steelcase , @amqfurniture , @orangeboxltd , @smithsystem , and @designtex_inc 👏

A heartfelt thank you to Red Thread for choosing High Hopes as the beneficiary of their 3rd Annual Kentucky Derby Party! 🐎🎩
From Derby hats to meaningful conversations about equine-assisted services, the evening was filled with connection and community. We were honored to share our mission and to meet so many individuals who have been personally impacted by the power of horses or who feel called to support this important work.
Thanks to the generosity and the incredible support of their guests, funds raised at this event are going right back into our mission and programs.
We’re so grateful for this partnership and the meaningful connections made throughout the evening. 💙
It starts as a space.
Then it starts to actually feel like one 💥
Watch how a café transforms, one layer at a time. From the first table to the final detail, every accessory adds something you can’t always put your finger on, but you definitely feel.
That’s the difference ancillary makes. It’s not just styling, it’s atmosphere, energy, and experience coming to life.
When you can see it this clearly upfront, decisions get easier and outcomes get better.

We’ve added a few new “team members” to the Derby planning committee… 🐎
Not quite real, but definitely committed.
You’ll spot them, along with many of our clients and partners, at our 3rd Annual Kentucky Derby event. This invite-only evening brings together some of our favorite connections across the industry for a relaxed, high energy night.
Sport your best Derby attire and hat or create your own at our hat making station. And yes, musical chairs is back!
Join us in ONE WEEK on Wednesday, April 22 at 5PM in our East Hartford Workplace Innovation Hub. RSVP at our #LinkInBio!

Stronger connections don’t happen by accident; they’re built into the workplace.
For MHEC, a new space in Hadley was an opportunity to bring people, purpose, and process closer together.
The new environment balances open workstations with height adjustable desks alongside enclosed meeting rooms and private phone booths, creating space for both heads down work and more focused conversations. Larger spaces, including a 30–60 person training room and a 25–30 seat boardroom, support learning, governance, and member engagement.
#Technology and #design work hand in hand throughout. #MicrosoftTeams Rooms and sound masking support seamless hybrid experiences, while #Steelcase Privacy Walls and ceiling-hung space division add definition without closing things off. Dual monitor arms give each employee flexibility to work comfortably and efficiently.
At the center, a café brings people together. It’s where informal conversations happen, ideas build, and culture comes to life day to day.
The result is a flexible, high-performing workplace that strengthens connection across teams and supports the mission behind the work.
