The ShpShftr bag was born from textural studies, inspired by the layers of internal organs that could be perfected at the hand of robotic printing. It has been a joy to sculpt on the digital plane, being able to morph constructed shapes like clay, but still treat them like data when needed. It has been a really interesting learning curve for me, and I canāt wait to show you where we will take it next.
Now that the pillar of texturing has been worked out, its time to move on to exhibiting our other three;

Iāve always wanted to create a design that felt like it could take many formsā¦ somehow able to stay iconic while being flexible in the shape that it takes.
Iām happy to show a textural preview of the shape shftr bagā¦ A piece that I am extremely proud of for its versatility in design and ability to accompany the users visual identity.
The Redstore bag is not only defined by its form, But also, its function as it applies to the future of accessory design. Each product gives us a new chance to reinvent accessory materials and take each design beyond traditional 3-D printing.

The first RedStore bag comes from months of trial and error, and lots of self reflection on what the brand should be. It comes out the other side as the perfect introduction, and testament to the mission of the brand and style of design.
I couldnāt be more happy that the bag is ready to roll, and I have many more on the way coming very soon! I am excited to get to start to see all of these pieces start to work together and be seen as their complete collection.

Redstore has been in progress for many months now, and I feel like I havenāt even scratched the surface of where I want to take it.
I will be creating weekly editorials, starting here, trying to capture the brand message and creating original visuals for it all. Iāve also been writing, a lot, so itās time to start putting that back into the world too.
I have some big ideasā¦ which = an insanely daunting amount of work ahead. But I hope it will be worth it.
Iām excited to share much more content more regularly, on all three platforms I have here.
