I just completed my first full massage day since my injury without restrictions, extra breaks or medicine and I’m doing good! Feels so freeing to say good riddance to April and to be back into the groove, doing what I love. I appreciate everyone’s support through this mess. A little art to save the day! ☀️ -After being on bedrest, then light duty, to finally being able to move, I took the opportunity to try my hand at a mural for the first time and had a great experience! It truly lifted my spirits. 🥰 It’s now been three weeks since my rib injury and I’m finally feeling like myself and moving much better. What a whirlwind this experience has been. Though painful and depressing, I’m trying to see the good in all of this and I can’t wait to get back to my clients! 🌻

I have been mostly bed ridden for the last week due to an injury, but finally turning a corner towards healing. Trying to stay positive and enjoy the simplicity of slowing down. 🐌
