The historic White Bay Power Station is currently filled with immersive art installations as part of @biennalesydney - and it’s just up the street from us.
We’ve reopened for tours and tastings so you can spend your morning viewing incredible art, then your afternoon sipping great rum.

Red Mill Rum’s Ben was chatting to his friend Don @thetoxteth who shared his story of soldiers drinking a nip of rum with raspberry cordial before going “over the top” during WWI.
He decided to recreate the cordial Don remembered as a tribute to ANZACs in the lead-up to this day of remembrance.

We were out on the road this week delivering Red Mill Rum (in our new truck) to some of our favourite inner west bars.

Thought we’d visit our mates at Red Mill.
Part field trip, part excuse for a good old yarn. We got the lowdown on their rum. How it’s made, what makes it tick, and let’s be honest… that was only half the mission.
The real agenda? Break a few buns. Slather them with that dangerously good spiced rum butter. And not hold back.
Safe to say… research was taken very seriously.

Sydney neighbours, one very good idea.
Made with Red Mill’s spiced rum and built for hot cross bun season.
Rich, warming spice. Best spread thick on a toasted bun or licking straight off the spoon.

We ran into our local Balmain Bourke St Bakery this morning to secure some goods and give them a taste test with their Red Mill spiced rum butter. Can confirm it’s all tasting incredible.
We’ll be selling the buns at the distillery March 21 & 28th with the butter (and spiced rum of course). Also available across the @bourkestreetbakery stores and online.
